Promoter — The promoter of this competition is Andrew Simms Group ("Promoter").
Competition Period — The competition opens on the 22nd of August & ends on the 23rd of August. Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.
Eligibility — Entry is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Andrew Simms Group and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
How to Enter — To enter, participants must complete and submit the competition entry form available on the competition landing page during the Competition Period. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be deemed invalid.

The total prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
Prize Conditions
The prize must be accepted as awarded.
If any component of the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
Any costs associated with claiming or using the prize that are not expressly stated are the responsibility of the winner.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.
The draw will take place within five (5) working days of the competition closing date.
The winner will be contacted using the contact details provided in their entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, or is deemed ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this competition will be used by the Promoter for the administration of the competition and for marketing communications where consent has been provided.
General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time if circumstances outside its reasonable control make it necessary to do so. The Promoter's decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
